Aerospace Lubricants offer superior extreme pressure performance (EP) and anti wear properties with load
carrying capacities up to three times greater than conventional petroleum based lubricants.

Aerospace Lubricants perform effectively in temperatures from -140°F to 600°F and are highly resistant to oxidation, corrosion and water washout. Will not dry out, gum on equipment, separate or bleed. All Aerospace Lubricants are tasteless and odorless. Their H1 NSF registered products allows their use in federally inspected meat, poultry, dairy and food processing plants. Aerospace Lubricants make extended lubrication cycles and longer equipment life a reality for your business.

TriboLube 21 Series

A Heavy Duty, H1 NSF Registered, solid synthetic grease for incidental food contact. It is formulated for extended lubricating intervals and its high load carrying capabilities extend bearing, slide and seal life. Temperature range of –80°F to 400°F. 13.5oz. Tubes, Light tan in color. 10, 12 or 30 Cartridges per case. Bulk containers available.

Pro H1

An aerosolized version of TRIBOLUBE 21™ synthetic grease. Its unique “stay where you spray it” ability and trigger top dispenser makes it ideal for hard to reach applications. Temperature range –80°F to 400°F. Light tan in color. Contains no harmful solvents and is formulated for extended lubrication intervals. 9oz spray cans-12 per case.

TriboLube F189

A clear aerosolized synthetic oil exhibiting excellent low volatility, wear and pour point. Its high flash and fire points along with excellent thermal and oxidation stability allow a temperature range of –80°F to 400°F making it a superior replacement to USP Mineral Oil or Silicone spray lubricants. 500ml spray cans-12 per case. Bulk containers available.

TriboGel Series

A clear Gel/synthetic grease for assembly and lubricating. Formulated for extended lubricating intervals, its high load bearing capabilities extends bearing, slide and seal life. With a temperature range of –20°F to 350°F it is far superior to any USP Mineral Oil. 4oz. Tubes or 13.5oz. Cartridges. Available in 3 Gel Structures.

TriboLube 5493FG

An H1 NSF Registered synthetic grease for incidental food contact. Formulated for extended lubricating intervals, its high load carrying capabilities extends bearing, slide and seal life. Temperature range –80°F to 400°F. Translucent to white in color. 10,12 or 30 Cartridges per case. Bulk containers available.

TriboLube AntiSeize

A premium quality anti-seize formulated for stainless steel, aluminum and other metal applications. Excellent for stainless steel fasteners, fittings, threaded pipe, press fit and anywhere galling may occur due to pressure and stress. Temperature range –65°F to 500°F. Metal Free and NSF Registered.

Pro SL

An aerosolized penetrating lubricant with excellent rust inhibitive properties to provide years of corrosion protection in harsh environments. Will not gum or dry out and contains EP and anti-wear additives. Use on wire rope, steel cables, springs under tension, corroded nuts, bolts and pins. Compatible with most elastomeric compounds. Temperature range of –65°F to 300°F. 9 oz spray cans-12 per case.

Pro 21

The answer to all basic lubrication requirements. For use on sliding doors, hinges, shop tools, garage door hardware, guns, fishing reels, drawers, bicycle and motorcycle chains, locks and window slides. Pro21 Synthetic Spray Grease contains no solvents and outperforms all other lubricant products on the market (synthetic or other) in service life and operating temperature range. 9 oz spray cans-12 per case.

TriboLube T-12

Has excellent long life and antirust properties for service at temperatures ranging from -80ºF to 400ºF. It can be operated to 600ºF depending upon speed, load, environmental factors and frequency of lubrication.Tribolube-12 has a wide range of uses and is an excellent choice for cable assemblies, O-rings, seals, gears, ball, roller and plain spherical bearings. 13.5 oz. cartridges– 10,12 or 30 per case.

TriboLube-9 Synthetic Hydrocarbon Grease

A multipurpose synthetic grease with a wide operating temperature range from -80ºF to 400ºF. It provides excellent anti-wear and anti-seize properties for longer life. Molybdenum disulfide solid lubricant is used in this grease to enhance extreme pressure properties and help absorb shock loads. 13.5 oz. cartridges– 10, 12 or 30 per case.

TriboLube-57 General Purpose PFPE Grease

A wide temperature grease especially useful in vacuum and other systems where non-reactivity with chemicals, strong acids and oxidizers, fuels or solvents is required. Suitable for a wide range of applications and compatible with most elastomers, plastic seals, gaskets and O-rings. 13.5 oz. cartridges– 10,12 or 30 per case.

Tribolube-33 Lithium Soap-Thickened Grease

Effective over a broad temperature range of –40°F to 350°F this synthetic grease has excellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties for extended service life. Fortified with lubricity additives, it yields excellent damping properties and contains UV detectable additives. 13.5 oz. cartridges– 10, 12 or 30 per case.
